With 92% of Americans considered metabolically unhealthy and rising demand driven by trends like GLP-1 medications, FH Angels is focused on supporting science-driven solutions that leverage food, AI, and biotechnology to improve health outcomes. The initiative also aims to strengthen the broader food and health innovation ecosystem by helping startups navigate commercialization, regulatory challenges, and market entry.
